River Buses

The Thames isn't entirely unused since the demise of the age of the great London docks! There are now a number of river bus services for you to travel up and down the river. (Click thumbnails to enlarge image)

River What?

Ask most Londoners about the scheduled river boat services (on the River Thames) and they won't know what you're talking about. The service is there and hugely attractive to the visitor to London.

The Cost?

Holders of a valid Travel card can get a third off fares (note: One Day Travel cards are not valid until 0930).
